Today you are You,
that is truer than true.
There is no one alive
who is Youer than You
One might say that Sally’s creative spirit encourages her audiences to connect with magic, imagination and wonder as seen only through the eyes of a child. In sharing her works with us she provides an environment in which we can find and reconnect with,
…our inner child..

Sally’s Published Works
Sally is a three time Breast Cancer survivor who upon deciding to retire, started writing about the thing she knew best…children and their parents. She began by writing …in journals after being first diagnosed ..which later turned into more creative writing endeavors such as short autobiographical stories, poetry and childrens stories which she has continues to write.
Sally has her story…Location, location, location .. published in the book , Cup of Comfort for Breast Cancer Survivors which is available at book stores or on-line at Amazon.com. She has also written a poem entitled….Infinite Calm… a poetry anthology which was published and released in January 2010.
In 2010, Sally worked with Tate Publishing to release her first children’s book …Sam’s Weird Afternoon. It was released locally on April 21st and everywhere else on May 25th 2010 and is available through amazon.com or tatepublishing.com
In 2009, after living in Canada for over 3 decades, Sally applied for and was thrilled to receive her Canadian citizenship.
In addition to writing, Sally has been a long time quilter who, involves herself in a variety of other activities such as …making dolls, teddy bears, puppets and santas. When asked why… she will tell you “it’s kind of magical to see each little creation come to life” . Collecting is another love of hers as well ,which is obvious when one sees the jars and jars of colorful buttons lined up in her sewing room, the heart shaped stones she has found and displays in a red fused glass plate, along with her family of small metal insects which can be seen displayed each summer in her back deck. Sally enjoys the challenge of finding and buying much of her materials at thrift and second hand stores. Friends have helped her in collecting and she is thrilled each time a jar of buttons or a unique heart shape stone is sent her way.
